Happy Friday everyone!!! This is going to be one heck of a couple weeks here on Cammo Style Love! Lots of great mom and baby giveaways coming up. So to kick things off and I have a review and giveaway featuring a great company called Leading Lady. They make bras of all kinds, but in particular, Full Figure Nursing Bras. I know many of you mommy’s out there have experienced your ladies increasing in size with pregnancy and breast feeding. But if any of you are like me, and you already started out with some and then you get more, well you get the idea. It is soooooo hard for me to find nursing bras, especially some with support or underwire that are cute. I know it doesn’t seem like asking for much, but when I’m looking for them I feel like I might as well be asking for a spotted Zebra. Sleep bras are no problem, but I usually have to get those online or fork over a ton for them. So when I was contacted by Leading Lady I was super excited to try them out. Here’s a little bit about them.
I had no idea that A, they’d been around as long as they had and B, that you can find their bras also in store! Amazing!! I suggest checking out there About Us page and learning some cool things about the company! For the Review I was able to get Leading Lady Baby Sees It Cotton Bra. This Bra is a wire-free option but I was pretty impressed with the support of this. This ain’t your mama’s wire free, sports bra type bra. This bra’s main feature is a printed sling. The sling is the portion of the bra that is showing when you pull town the cup to nurse. It has black and white and red color on it in an adorable print. The concept is that is is visually stimulating for the baby. My little one is a bit crazy when he eats, and while I haven’t noticed him looking at it, or it being used as distraction, the concept is wonderful and I could see all the way this thing working.
This bra features a hook design to pull down the cup, similar to the hooks that you hook the back of the bra with. Honestly, its not my favorite way of hooking a nursing bra, but it works. It does take a few times to get the hang of it one-handed, and when you take the bra off and put it on the hooks tend to come off. That being said, its still a great bra, and the fact that you can actually get some support that I would be afraid to wear it in public outweighs any hook issue. Its comfortable, the straps don’t dig in, it doesn’t ride up and the sizing was amazing. I was able to do it on the computer and I did it right and had no issues. They also have people that would be more than willing to give you some guidance if you need it. Their customer service is impeccable. In short, I totally recommend this bra and this company, especially for us full-figured gals.
