Greeting from the land of Preggo!!!

Hello all, well, here I am, rising from the so-called ‘ashes’. As you may have inferred there is a really, really, really good reason for my extended absence! We are expecting again! Somewhat sooner than we expected, not all together a surprise, but the due date is really close to my daughters, so that should be interesting. Somewhere around October 15th, 2011 we’ll be celebrating the arrival of a little one. The fun part is that this go around we are making it a surprise! I can’t even believe I’m doing it that way, but here I am. My sweet husband has kind of always hinted at doing it that way, but I just couldn’t do it. I wanted to have boy stuff if it was a boy, and girl stuff if it was a girl. I wanted to be prepared. Well, now that we have one of each, that argument doesn’t carry much weight around here. So as sort of a little gift for the hubbs I’m all on board this surprise thing. And as we’ve been going along I’ve gotta say, I’m kinda getting exited about this whole not knowing thing. Its like the last of God’s great mysteries. I mean, its sort of a neat thing if you think about it. Now its not as if I’ve had all this time to sit and think about it. Ive been pretty miserable and really really sick. I got sick the last time around but this was way worse. But, unlike the last time, this one was over relatively quick. But it was bad. Hubby took off work, I was on a medication that literally made me comatose. My poor kids got used to be saying, “hold on guys, mommy is going to throw up.” Meanwhile, I’ve gotten so behind on here, no knitting or crocheting or bow-making, my sister-in-law got married and all sorts of other things. Shew!!! So here I am, ready to jump back into the swing of things. Thank you so much for baring with me and I’m going to be doing some house-keeping around here and trying to catch up. Hope life has been treating you well.

And here’s a little picture of the booger that’s been giving me a hard time!
